This tree stands at around 150cm in height. It's branches hold a strangely contorted shape (earning it the name of a twisted cork crew) which in Feburary and March are adorned with golden catkins. Twisted green leaves appear later. Even in winter when the plant has lost it's leaves, the bizzarely twisted branches ensure it remains a beautiful tree.
