1. Return Eligibility

If you can show that plants are not up to merchantable quality when they arrive, we will gladly accept returns for plants under the following conditions:

  • Photos of the plant and packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

  • You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email or our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Packaging: If the plant is eligible for return, please repackage it carefully in the original packaging to prevent any further damage.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please send returns to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  • Gift cards or other non-plant items.
