Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping will occur via either parcel force or pallet line.
Where we ship to

We ship to locations in UK, excluding Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Isle of Man. We cannot ship outside of the UK.
Shipping Confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages​

Middlewood Nurseries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

If there is an issue with the quality of the product (unrelated to delivery), you are required to provide evidence of the defect.
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of the goods we sell, we unfortunately do not accept returns without evidence of an issue.

If there is an issue with the product and we agree to issue a refund we will not ask you to return the product.
Cancellation Policy

Under the consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, we are not required to accept cancellation fees due to the products we sell being perishable. We do however accept cancellation requests prior to the product being shipped.

If a cancellation does occur prior to shipment, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
